NUMPIPE ("we", "us", "our") operates the supply chain trust platform at app.numpipe.com and associated services. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, and organization name when you register.
Social login: If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from those providers. We do not receive your password.
Usage data: Product code scans, supply chain checkpoints you record, and endorsements you make.
Location data: When you record a supply chain checkpoint, we request GPS location (optional). If declined, we estimate city-level location from your IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the NUMPIPE trust network.
To calculate reputation scores (NUM score) based on your supply chain activity.
To display your organization name publicly on verified product pages.
To send important account and service notifications.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only:

With infrastructure providers (Cloudflare) to operate the service.
When required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Your organization name and reputation score are displayed publicly as part of the product verification network.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Supply chain records are retained indefinitely as they form part of the product trust ledger. You may request deletion of your personal account data at any time (see Section 6).

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use localStorage (not cookies) to store your authentication session locally in your browser. We use Cloudflare analytics for aggregate traffic analysis. No cross-site tracking is performed.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal account data (name, email, profile) by visiting our data deletion page. Note that anonymised supply chain records may be retained for integrity purposes.
